JOB TYPE: FULL TIME

 

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales of Surgical Gowns

A seasoned Sales Representative with expertise in the sales of surgical gowns. This role is crucial for ensuring that healthcare providers across Kenya are equipped with high-quality, compliant surgical apparel to maintain safety and efficiency in surgical environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive the sales of high-quality surgical gowns to hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers across Kenya.

  • Utilize expert product knowledge to educate and advise healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of our surgical gowns, including compliance with safety standards and durability.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training sessions for healthcare staff, highlighting product usage and maintenance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, while providing insights into market trends and competitor activities.

  • Participate actively in medical trade shows, conferences, and seminars to network with healthcare professionals and promote our products.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the sales of surgical gowns or related medical textiles, with a proven track record of sales success.

  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry standards and requirements for surgical apparel.

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related healthcare field is preferred.

  • Promote and sell oxygen plant systems and medical piping to healthcare facilities throughout Kenya.

  • Apply extensive technical and installation knowledge of oxygen systems and medical gases to provide optimal solutions for medical facilities.

  • Perform and oversee detailed product demonstrations and presentations, explaining the efficiency, safety, and installation processes of our oxygen and piping solutions.

  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with healthcare administrators, engineers, and key decision-makers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Achieve sales targets consistently, while providing market activity reports and insights into competitor strategies.

  • Represent the company at medical conferences, trade shows, and seminars, engaging with industry professionals and potential clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the sales and installation of oxygen plants and medical piping, demonstrating a successful track record.

  • Profound technical understanding of medical gas systems and hospital infrastructure needs.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills, combined with the ability to perform technical discussions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field is preferred.
